A. dear mum, weight of 4.8 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. 4.8 Kgs is Good. Don’t worry about the weight if you are breastfeeding your child. Feed baby on demand and after every two hours. At a Time Choose one breast left or right to feed your child maintain a record of it as Well so You can equally feed the Child from Both the Breast

A. Breastfeed Often Nurse your baby every two to three hours and whenever they show signs of hunger. Don't put your baby on an every three- to four-hour feeding schedule like a formula-fed baby. Since breast milk is more easily digested, breastfed babies need to eat more often.
