#asktheexperts my self Sneha Bhalala, mother of janki bhalala , asking regarding food habits and schedule..how to plan for a healthy diet??

A. Dear mom try to include all the food groups as it ensures your child gets all the nutrients. include whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, ghee , egg , poultry . avoid processed and packaged foods give small and frequent meals like 3 major meals and 2 small snack. make sure that your child is well hydrated

A. Hello dear parent! By this age your child should be eating all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the child be physically active as much as possible.
