#asktheexperts my second son is 4 years old he doesn't eat at all,I have to force him to eat or else he will be like that only he is not gaining weight also plz help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom avoid force feeding it will only create a negativity with food and may be he will never enjoy it . Instead make his meal time fun and interesting . Read some age apply books while feeding and also present the usual food in different ways and forms to them. Get him involved in some form of physical activity as such so that would in a way help in increasing their appetite

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite as due to loose appetite baby don’t eat properly and also give baby finger food and variety of food too. Take care
