#asktheexperts my second daughter she is 10 month old she is not drink water she splits all the time. I have try many options but still she is doing same and just because of this she gets hard stool

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. ok. give her water in between meal when she is not hungry and keen of food. you can use spoon or sipper or feeder to feed her water. add fiber rich fruits n veggies in her food
