#asktheexperts my sarkari hospital Dr said that I can add salt in my baby food she is 9 months old now I'm really confused should I give her salt or not please help

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 months agoA. dear mum , there are is clear guideline n recommendation to avoid salt in the food of the baby till 1 yr stage kidney of baby is not mature to process salt
