TejaswiniMom of a 2 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. There is nothing to worry about spitting up as it is very common in newborns. A minimum of 15-20 mins of burping is required to avoid these kind of situations . Sometimes spit up can also happen through nose also , there is nothing to worry about it in these situations.
