#asktheexperts my newborn baby is just 11 days old.. whenever I bring him near for breastfeeding he'll always sleep. either he do not latch or he'll sleep. I tried many ways to wake him up and latch. nothing worked

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Does anytime he asks or shows indication he needs the feed? As when exclusively breast feeding it is ideal to feed on demand, over all also mention how his activeness is he quite playful and looking around or is he dull?
