Q.

#asktheexperts My milk is producing but I think it's not enough as my family members said if baby drinks breast milk and it flows continuously it will flow outside their mouth or whenever you will pull out the nipple it will leak... but mine isn't doing that. My breast leaks milk sometimes and most of the time it doesn't... but it hurts and gets heavy but it doesn't have flow, it comes drop by drop and sometimes it stops then again drop by drop. My milk ducts are not working, milk is coming out just from two holes of my nipples. What should I do?

A. Maam this is actually having no logic to what you are saying that the best milkshake flow down this that day that practically it’s not true if you are giving feed and if your child is getting 500 g in a month and gain a feed from you with the child for at least two or three hours after a feed and that is good but looking at the doubts that you have you should consult a lactation specialist once
