Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 days agoA. Shatavari powder you can take it’s a good lactation supplement which you can take three times in the day hopefully it will help in increasing your lactation plus a good diet and plenty of fluids every day will also be very helpful
