#asktheexperts my lo's are 4 months, twins, baby girl and Baby boy. my boy is not sleeping much. today his eyes look puffed , indicating not much sleep. during night they sleep for 11:30 to morning 8am. gets up for one feed and sleeps. but during the day time they sleep like 5 or 10mins. during the day, when I put both to sleep,she gets up with 15mins and the crying sound wakes him too. she is also short of sleep. kindly advice.
