#asktheexperts my kid is 6yrs old, he is oftenly falling down or hitting some where unknowingly while playing,what can I do,his enemy is he only .please suggest,I have done every thing from my side.pl suggest.

usually it is normal.
try to teach your child this by playing pretended play with your child.
practice meditation and yoga regularly,it will help to increase attention span of your child
please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
