#asktheexperts my infant is trying to lift her head and shoulder . She is just 3months old . What should I do ?

A. that's fine neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age. regular massaxge of the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area. if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones

A. good morning you don't have to do anything about it in fact it is a good sign that the child is trying to lift his head I would recommend you to make sure that you try to massage your baby everyday
