#asktheexperts my HAIR IS FALLING A LOT SINCE LAST 12 MONTHS . MY BABY IS 18 MONTHS OLD AND IS FEEDING BY ME. KINDLY SUGGEST MEASURE TO PREVENT HAIR FALL. THE HAIR FALL IS VERY HUGE ATLEAST 150 TO 200 STRANDS DAILY.

Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food. maida and sugar
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Use ayurvedic remedies to wash hair
Don't wash it too frequently
Usek more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
