#asktheexperts my diaghter is 2.5 years old ..her current weight is 10.8 kg..her birth weight was 2.8 kgs..she is a picky eater..what should i do so dat she eats well

A. Hello! Gradually start introducing all food groups in your child’s daily diet. For breakfast, you can give vegetable upma, stuffed paratha, idli, dosa with sambar and chutney. For lunch and dinner, it can be rice, Roti, sabji, Dal, Paneer, curd , and so on. If the family is nonvegetarian, even that group can be included
