A. Hello good evening !! Generally teething starts by 7-11 months but for few it takes time 13-15 months, don't worry.. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks , include calcium rich foods . Milk, diary products,ragi , fruits and vegetables, seseme seeds Powder, peanuts powder with Idly, dosa, adding in cerelac or mashed rice with rasam, Cereals, pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder in cerelac, porridge, kheer, , Makhaana powder or makhana kheer,barfi avoid giving nuts directly... Calcium helps in teething and bones strength.
