Give paracetamol drops to reduce the severity of the pain..Get your baby personally examined by the doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor's advice

If the weight gain is at a particular place and that too only toe then it is going to be advisable for you to get a check with your doctor is this Siri cannot figure out what is happening it is much of a pain you can give paracetamol but assessment would be important
