According to the details mentioned by you here this is considered as to be normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and th( hat this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your keen observation for time.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Toe walking is very common in young children who are 3 years old and younger, however, in children 3 years and older walking on tiptoes may not be normal and could be associated with a neurological immaturity or medical condition.
