I’m looking at the age of the child I can suggest it’s because of indigestion but we cannot ignore the fact that kids are reaching puberty very early these days also look for science if your child is having hair in the under arms and the pubic region then it can be a possibility that maybe the puberty is about to start if nothing is there then it’s probably due to indigestion or stomach infection please check with your doctor
