Namaste MOm, Please observe how her poop is as such , does it have a strong sour odour to it or so? if it does it indicates tummy issues as such. her diet should consist of soft consistency foods, and birth weight is expected of a full term baby to double by the age of 4 to 6 months and later triple by the age of 1.
