#asktheexperts my daughter is now 7 months old... if she eats homefood in little salty ,spicy n sugary .. does any harm for her skin?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should avoid giving additional salt or sugar in baby food as the breastmilk will itself contains the required salt content and additional salt can effect kidney and so till one year it atleast it would be better to avoid adding it whivh would be better too
