#asktheexperts my daughter is now 6 months old. I want to ask how much water we can give her?

A. 60 120 ml you can give. Total water intake should generally not exceed 240 ml (8 ounces) daily to avoid interfering with essential breast milk or formula intake.

A. At least hundred ML you should definitely try and give to the child every day can be more than that also but not less try to include more of water and liquids in the diet because it helps in better digestion easy motion so that’s very helpful
