A. you get all blood tests. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. A lot of times the digestive system doesn’t support well and that’s a very normal thing so u please get it checked with your Paediatrician and can start with supplement needed and also some medication to help I making the digestive system better and then the weight is also going to increase
