Then maybe your breast feeding is not helping your child in exact weight that your child should be gaining and losing weight maybe there is some issue happening right now which is why your child is losing weight so without proper check up or without having entire detail about the child I will not be able to tell you why this is happening so you consult your paediatrician for a proper assessment of your childWrite Your Answer Here
