apply candid cream locally two times a day for 5 days.
apply coconut oil
Do not use olive oil,as olive oil is growing media for fungus.

yes from photo ,it looks like ringworm Infection
you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion or Apple cide vinegar on this
prefer Cotton clothing for your child.
