A. hello. if she is active, alert, achieving milestone than she is healthy. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. Hello dear parent! You can introduce semi solids and water along with daily breastfeed. Start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed vegetables and fruits, dal or chaaval paani. Try to give first in the morning to check suitability. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin care.
