#asktheexperts My daughter is 5 month old. She stays awake till 8pm and wake up after every 45 minutes . She settle down for another 45 minutes with feeding. This cycle goes all night till morning. She plays in daytime with 1 or 2 naps of 30 minutes. How can I help her so that she can sleep for atleast 3-4 hours? I am giving her both breastmilk and formula milk

A. Hi mom yes this is normal.. small babies they wake up many times during the night.. Small babies have different sleep patterns..They will follow proper sleep pattern as they grow up...Take care and all the best
