Let her make a mess and play with the food and this is how she will learn to eat independently. Offer small portions of food and give more only when she asks. Offer her favourites along with new foods that you want to introduce in her diet. Offer colourful foods like beetroot halwa, gajar halwa, pudina parantha etc. Cut food into different shapes using food cutters to attract the attention of the kid. Offer foods on colourful plates and in colourful bowls. Make family meals a pleasant family experience so that the kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings.
