babies usually start loosing their first milk teeth by the age of 6-6.5 years.. initially only front milk teeth in either upper or lower jaw..
later between 9-12 years back milk teeth fall

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the time baby milky teeth start falling after the age of six months. Please brush your baby teeth twice a day and use mamaearth baby toothpaste.
