If the kid is eating well, is active and is meeting all the required milestones, then there is nothing to worry about. Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give banana, avocado, pear, pineapple, papaya and mango. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, peanuts and raisins. Give cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches.
