AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello mama Height is genetic and will increase with time. Secondly give all that u cook for ur family.. include ghee ,dry fruits , paneer, rice ,egg , potatoes, banana shake etc in diet for weight gain
