advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juzice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunzity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .
NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello try to give all seasonal fruits and all vegetables which can be of help and any concern then it s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
