Use a good sunscreen lotion for the child that will be very helpful apart from that if the face is only becoming tan apply some curd in the night on the face either you leave it for 10 minutes or wash it or leave it overnight and wash it in the morning if you do it once or twice in a day every day this is going to help in removing the tan
