#asktheexperts My daughter is 11 years old. She has very hard stools, even though she eats all the vegetables. She drinks a lot of water.

A. dear mom. please keep offering her a lots of fiber rich fruits n veggies. give her luke warm water to drink. and allow her some active physical activity outdoors ok
