#asktheexperts my daughter is 11 years and 11 months old. what diet should I give her? she is 5'3" and weighs 46kg but she is very lean. and her hair texture has also changed.

Ma’am the weight and height of the child is very good I must tell you if your child is having a lean body structure then it is not a problem because the weight is on the positive side only so I’m just going to advise you to put your child into good physical sports for overall growth and development of your child plus for here I would recommend you to use grandma secret oil that would be very good
