#asktheexperts my daughter is 11 months old, pls advise healthy meal for her daily diet, also suggest the best food for my baby at this stage

What ever you are traditionally cooking at home right now for everybody and yourself is the right food to be given to the child as work you do not have to go ahead with giving anything extra to the child at this age it’s only going to be the same food that everybody is eating
