#asktheexperts My daughter is 1 month old. we are swaddling her for sleep. How long do we have to do this? when can we stop swaddling.

At least till the age of three months if you do it it is actually very benefiting for the child and stretching its body the legs also become a lot straight by doing it and when they’re tied properly the sleep really very well and non-stop for a longer stretch
