Hi, even i too faced this my daughter had too dry skin and peeled i am applying Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion and now it's smooth and soft, this lotion is 100% natural and infused with oats which helps to keep skin nourished and moisturized upto 24hours. you also try this and with in 1-2 days skin will be normal.
