#asktheexperts My daughter have tonsils grade 3 and adenoids grade 1, we use decongestion spray and tonic as suggested by ENT specialist. How good it is to use metaspray for her.Even I do take proper care for her. like making her do salt water gargling. Is there any alternative way for permanent cure for tonsils and adenoids. As of we are using homeo parallely with allopaty
