Q.

#asktheexperts my daughter has lost some weight, since we started solid foods. Her milk intake has reduced and it is really difficult to feed her solid foods. Is this normal? Are there any tips or suggestions on how to increase solid intake for fussy eaters?

A. hi no it is not possible to loss weight after starting soild food. you must consult your pediatrician for once . give small and frequent meal but don't force feed or overfeed your child. give homemade healthy food items you can prepare homemade cerelac , sheera ,besan or paneer chilla , multigrain idli , rab etc for your child. it is Healthy and also help in weight gain too
