Q.

My baby girl just completed 7 months. I started with liquidy foods like boiled dal, moong, rice twice a day. Her weight is 6.5kgs. The doctor suggested that her weight has not increased as it should. So her solid food should intake is to be increased. Is her weight really too less? How should I plan her solid food and breastfeed intake?

A. My elder daughter gained a little weight till the age of 2 years but she was active and smart so her doctor never made me bother about her weight . The child should remain healthy. so don't worry .
