#asktheexperts my daughter has constipated stools for past two days . she finds difficulty. But she poops twice a day (morning & evening) Yesterday she had watery eyes.. & sometimes she sneez.. is it cold or anything else your kind advice plz

A. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective. Include prunes too
