A. Baby is having cold cough and fever then it can be due to viral infection you need to give him steam inhalation indirectly to times in the day and also keep him well hydrated .consult with your doctor near by who will examine the baby and guide you with appropriate medications in their proper dose. Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctorVaccines are protective in function. Its required to take the vaccinations on time unless your baby is having some illness episode . you are advised to postpone it till the time baby recovers. there can be mild pain and swelling at the vaccination area, mild fever, which will subside in one or two days. you can give Paracetamol drops for that and apply ice fomentation
