How to get rid of baby acne... Like small pilmples on baby face especially on cheeks.?

A. I would recommend you to try to freeze aloe vera and ice tray and that can be applied on the affected area it will help to provide a lot of relief of the problem of acne apart from that I would not recommend you to apply anything else
