ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom children gain about 2 to 4 kgs yearly and also as they tend to grow in height as well they look leaner and taller as well. If the child is active for his age it’s fine . Try to change the form of food given to him , have meals together if possible . Make meal time a fun and enjoyable
