Yes so till the time your child is not going to eat well the weight gain is not going to happen in fact the health can deteriorate because if the child is not going to eat well the body is going to lose weight that’s there add salt and spices make the food flavours in fact your child in the good days to be introduced with the food that you are having all the meals
