#asktheexperts My daughter Anasuya is completed 6 month. I am giving her breastmilk only. shall I introduce other food?

A. Yes you can start with liquids first like dal, rice water, fresh fruit juice, mashed fruits n vegetables then after sometime you can give semimsold food
