For example, do you need cheese parantha or aloo parantha? Let her feed herself. Give her a bowl and a spoon. She will play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat on her own. Let her be a part of meal preparations like she can help in setting up the table or help you in choosing the vegetables for the meal. Avoid all kinds of distractions during meal time and let the child learn eating from you. So family meals are a must.
