A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may bce aggravvating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial. Also colicaid drops can be given.

A. Hello dear parent! It depends on your child’s digestion and gut health. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
