Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi sir , during teething a child get sore and itchy gums so they feel irritability and low appetite. so try to offer small and frequent feeds. you can give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child in circular motion. provide silicone teether or food like boiled carrot, beetroot to chew. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
