#asktheexperts my child entered in 5 months. Can I start nestum ,nan this kind of product if yes then please suggest a best product.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 days agoA. Namaste Mom, Would not recommend to introduce solids from now as ideal age for it is around 6 months of age, for now you can start with liquid consistency foods , here you can start with dal ,rice water , vegetable soups, fresh fruit juices etc

The correct age is to start giving food after completing the age of six months so I would just not advise you to be in a haste rest of the time your child is going to eat only for rest of the life why do you want to start giving food when the time is not right
